The service at the bar , the pool , all were very convenient. The wild roosters and chicken near the hotel were a fun subject to talk about.

Far from the "active part of the town , but yet very loud, you could hear the person in the next room snoring or what they were talking about, even the tv . Everything outdated . Not mold but water infiltration in the walls. The place needs a renovation, not just paint over everything. We had to put a towel at the door just to not let light in the room and a bit of soundproofing . Let us not forget the food.. a little bit of diversity, but bland and boring food, plenty for all , but be quick when they come with it or otherwise wait another 10 min for them to bring another tray

Helpful Staff and Smiles

My children especially really loved the environment of this accommodation. They especially loved the buffet!! It was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I'm really glad that we chose to stay. It definitely made us smile.

I feel like some more attention could have been placed on the decor and vibe of the rooms. They were pretty plain.

Quiet area, close to Aqualand, pool attendants/life guard on duty from 10am to 8pm, good value for money.

Extra bed in room was uncomfortable.

Clean Hotel, Great Staff, Food could be hotter.

Hotel looks tidy and well maintained. Check in straightforward as I had used the online checkin prior to arriving. Two lifts both quite small. Upstairs you can see evidence that this hotel (Not sure when Bluesea took over) has maybe been a bit of a party location with numerous places the walls have been repaired. The law from 2020 limiting alcohol on all inclusive covers this resort so seems quieter now. The room was dated but functional and clean. Air-conditioning didn't seem to work so we said to cleaner and maintenance were there within 10 minutes. It worked the rest of our stay. Feel very laid back here. Breakfast doesn't start until 8 and you can easily get sunbeds afterwards. Pool doesn't open until 10. Cleaning is thorough everyday in both communal areas and rooms. All the staff encountered were polite and helpful.

The bar has no atmosphere due to the all inclusive law. People would come for the entertainment at 21.30 until 23.00ish then empty in 5 minutes. The bed in my sons room was not comfortable and he complained he didn't sleep well. Don't expect food to be hot. It's properly cooked but not very warm (or stone cold (sausages, beans chips)). The choices of food is fairly limited at meals and samely day to day. The toaster was VERY slow (unusual design) with queues. Could do with more than 1 or better design.

Good food,nice room,close to the beach,not bad pool bus stop outside the hotel,comfortable beds there is no problem with hot water in the shower.

all inclusive it's just food(breakfast lunch and dinner)they give beer/wine coupons(6 cups per day) but they usually say that you have to pay extra. No place to eat-people wait 20 minutes for a table at dinner or lunch

Good 5 night stay for me as birthday trip.

Great experience for all-inclusive. They offer a great selection of food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The location of the hotel is very quiet and has good access to the bus stop to go to Palma. It was within walking distance from S'Arenal Beach and Playa de Palma Beach. There a plenty of shops to buy affordable souvenirs including fast food like McDonald's and Burger King.

I wasn't happy with the snack selections very limited like sandwiches with no butter and pain au chocolat, croissants. I would have loved to see more fruits such as grapes bananas, nuts, or crackers.

Room on 2nd floor base so not so high . breakfast and all meals was very good for this money we pay. We know that location very well . we like it as lot of local people around.

room was small , mattress was bit smelly , i guess not clining them or dont use mattress protectors at all . It is basic hotel , so we cannot complain as for this price is difficult to find something better

Pleasant five days of warmth and food being prepared for us

Good selection of food and well cooked. Lovely outlook from balcony, but daughter not so good at back. Lovely walks in the forest across.

Very noisy entertainment late at night. Objected at the ruling of 3 alcoholic drinks with dinner and lunch and having to pay deposit for cup during day. Surely with "all inclusive" one should be able to have a drink of wine before dinner (in a glass). As it was it spoiled our evenings as we like an early dinner being of advanced years! Yes, restrict the alcohol, but it could be 6 glasses over the day of alcohol if one has to have such a rule. Would not have booked "all inclusive" had we known prior.

Clean great maids rooms turned over every day clean towels plenty of toiletries. Very basic old style worn in parts has seen its best days. Good value for money family friendly . Nice pool nice kids play area. Good food plenty choices lots of fish options salad breads soup pasta etc . Nice friendly staff. Shops near by plenty a restaurants down the strip all down hill bit of a hike back up not good if you have mobility issues . Over all good.

Terrible mattress on arrival but on complaint they where all changed. Noisey at times lots of loud Germans on stags. Doors banging. Rooms very small .

Food was often cold or barely warm, had to wait over 2 hrs as when we arrived there was no room available for us, staff then discussed the problem in Spanish knowing we didn't speak the language

The crew were very kind and helpful. Our room were tidy up every day. There were programs in the evenings (bingo, quiz, karaoke etc) which were fun. It is only 10-15 minutes far from the beach. The bus stops are near the hotel.

It would be a great place , unfortunately some renovations would be necessary. Our bathroom was clean but quite old and the ceiling was breaked in.

Nice,clean room. Shower okay and good balcony, comfy bed.

Not a great choice for evening meal. Would have preferred more vegetarian selection.
